Job summary

Commercial Kitchen Stop in Lake Worth Beach, FL, is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to refine quotes in AutoQuotes, convert them to Sales Orders in NetSuite, and prepare purchase orders for factory and rep acknowledgments. You will own the open order log and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and install team.

You will report to the Director of Revenue, work between sales, purchasing, and RevOps, and enjoy a predictable 8–5 schedule with no nights or travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in commercial foodservice equipment at a dealer, manufacturer, rep group, or design consultant.
• Working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, utilities, and the path from quote to install.
• Experience preparing or tracking purchase orders and factory acknowledgments.
• Accuracy under volume and clear written communication.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in our Lake Worth Beach office.

Responsibilities

• Build and revise quotes in AutoQuotes from sales worksheets, drawings, and equipment schedules, with every model, option, utility, and spec sheet verified.
• Prepare purchase orders in NetSuite from approved quotes, and track down factory and rep acknowledgments.
• Own the open order log: ship dates, ETAs, and backorders.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with our warehouse and reconcile receipts and packing slips against your tracking sheets.
• Build install handoff packages and schedule deliveries and installs with our install team.
• Keep customers informed on dates and changes.
