Qualifications

• Sanitation, safety and customer service training provided in-house.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work groomed and in a clean uniform with good personal hygiene.
• Prepares food according to standards; maintains surfaces, equipment and storage areas.
• Follows proper receiving, storage, rotation and sanitation procedures.
• Monitors food temperatures during handling to ensure safety.
• Identifies and corrects issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with management and coworkers about deficiencies or safety problems.
