Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Prep Cook to support a high-volume kitchen with precise prep and station setup. You will chop, portion, and organize ingredients, follow recipes and production schedules, and help maintain food safety and presentation standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment, flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and opportunities for growth within our culinary team. Prior kitchen experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, portioning and organizing food items.
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation standards for all food products.
• Follow recipes, production schedules and food safety procedures.
• Support kitchen operations through teamwork and efficient prep execution.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly handle kitchen equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
