Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Basic math for cash handling and meal counts.
• Willingness to work in a cafeteria environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare and bake goods as required by the menu.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Handle customer monies and operate the cash register.
• Record daily production and meal counts.
• Follow HACCP and safety procedures.
