Job summary

Tasty Chick’n is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing kitchen operations, production targets, and safety standards at our Glasgow, KY location. You will lead the cooking, training, and coaching of A+ staff to deliver consistent quality and profitability.

This role requires ServSafe certification, a college degree or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and at least three years in restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operations.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing employees through training, coaching, and recognition of A+ talent.
• Execute performance management to set up staff for success and accountability.
• Collaborate with GM to staff opening, lunch, dinner, and overnight shifts.
• Monitor inventory, food safety standards, and KPIs to optimize quality and cost.
• Partner with GM on projections, marketing initiatives, and cost-control measures.
