Job summary

Tasty Chick’n is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by directing daily operations and ensuring compliance with food safety, facilities maintenance, and financial controls. You will lead, train, and coach staff to achieve exceptional People, Customer, Sales, and Profit results.

You will oversee staffing across all periods, monitor KPIs, and collaborate on budgets and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operations.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop A+ talent to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards.
• Schedule staff to cover all operating periods.
• Monitor inventory and financial metrics for cost control.
• Collaborate with GM on projections and marketing initiatives.
