Job summary

Tasty Chick’n is seeking an Assistant Manager(Kitchen Manager) to support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving production targets and maintaining brand standards across operations. You will oversee food safety, training, and performance management, while driving People, Customer, Sales, and Profit metrics.

You will lead with a focus on training A+ talent, ensuring compliant operations and strong financial accountability across shifts and locations with flexibility for schedule needs.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in restaurant operations or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staff schedules for opening, lunch, dinner, overnight, weekends.
• Train, coach, and recognize A+ talent; execute Performance Management process.
• Monitor inventory and KPIs to ensure product availability and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations; manage food safety standards.
• Analyze financial reports to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
