Chicken Salad Chick is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an engaging environment for restaurant teams and guests. You will drive operational excellence, uphold CSC standards, and model exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead tasks across guest service, inventory, payroll, and training while fostering a positive workplace. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and collaboration within the restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand and adhere to policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive friendly, courteous service.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Help achieve sales, service, quality, cleanliness objectives through training and environment.
• Control cash and receipts by following cash handling procedures.
• Fill in as needed to ensure guest service and efficient operations.
• Develop staff in managerial and professional areas.
• Prepare required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure products are received correctly and deliveries follow policies.
• Set clear shift expectations and model guest-centric service.
• Address guest feedback and take corrective actions when needed.
• Monitor inventories and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security policies.
