Job summary

Tasty Chick’n is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving production targets and ensuring quality across operations. You will train and coach team members, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, handling customer issues, monitoring inventory, and collaborating on cost controls and regulatory compliance to improve margins and service levels.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support GM by managing production targets and ensuring food safety and quality.
• Train, coach, and recognize A+ talent to drive results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.
• Schedule staffing for all operational periods and address customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
