Job summary

Tasty Chick’n is seeking a Kitchen Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading production targets, ensuring food safety, and maintaining brand standards across operations. This role focuses on training A+ talent and driving People, Customer, Sales, and Profit metrics.

You will manage schedules, monitor inventory, partner on projections and cost controls, oversee compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and coach the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff to meet production targets and uphold food safety standards.
• Schedule and supervise dining room and kitchen operations across all shifts.
