Job summary

The Kitchen Manager at Tasty Chick’n supports the Restaurant General Manager by directing production targets, food safety, and financial controls to uphold our brand standards. You will train and coach a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and consistent results across all shifts.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory oversight, and adherence to company procedures using the OSM and systems, with a focus on People, Customer, Sales, and Profit performance.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager in managing production targets and staffing.
• Train, coach, and develop A+ talent using company tools.
• Monitor food safety, inventory, and financial accountability.
• Analyze projections and marketing initiatives with GM.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
