Topgolf is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead and supervise kitchen staff at our Albuquerque facility. You will ensure food safety, quality, and timely service while maintaining recipes and portion control.

You will collaborate with front-of-house teams, manage inventory and ordering, and train staff in food handling and safety procedures to uphold Topgolf's standards in a fast-paced environment. This role demands strong leadership and problem-solving to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams or supervising kitchen staff.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities
