Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop chefs and line cooks.
• Strong communication and teamwork to align with the business vision.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop the back-of-house leadership team to achieve excellence.
• Ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A standards and food-safety guidelines.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and training of kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, and monitor guest satisfaction scores.
• Lead cross-training to enable multi-position coverage.
