Job summary

You will oversee Shift Leaders and hourly staff, reporting to the General Manager, and are responsible for financial results, operations, staff development, and compliance with company policies.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to coach employees, manage schedules, control inventory, and maintain food safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality and sanitation.
• Supervise shift leaders and hourly staff; assign daily tasks.
• Manage inventory and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure policy compliance and state/federal laws.
• Lead staff meetings and provide coaching.
• Adjust schedules to cover shifts and approve overtime.
