• Maintain a safe and secure environment and ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Manage labor goals and make staffing adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Communicate progress on departmental goals to the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist in staff performance evaluations and wage recommendations.
