Job summary

Vinolicious Llc is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all food operations and ensure an excellent dining experience. Your goal is to increase sales and maintain high employee engagement by leading a skilled kitchen team.

You will manage budgets, develop menus within constraints, train staff, and report KPIs to upper management while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Extensive culinary experience is required.
• Culinary school certification is preferred.
• ServSafe or Food Handler’s Certification is required.
• Familiarity with restaurant software and POS systems is needed.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is expected.
• Able to remain calm and perform under pressure.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food operations.
• Create and maintain a food budget.
• Create menus considering budget, customer demands, and ingredient availability.
• Train and manage kitchen staff.
