Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and analyzing restaurant operations and manpower.
• Aim for target profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and onboard staff; oversee back‑of‑house duties.
• Ensure proper food preparation, portions, and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and manage costs to meet financial targets.
• Attend regional meetings and present insights as needed.
