Qualifications

• Experience supervising kitchen staff or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Skilled in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Excellent communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering.

Responsibilities
