Responsibilities

• Supervise employees across multiple kitchen departments to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance for all areas served by Gate Gourmet.
• Coordinate transportation routing and flight delivery schedules to meet departure times.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure preventive machinery maintenance and timely repairs.
• Conduct inventory of products and materials to minimize waste and control costs.
• Prepare end-of-month Projections and management reports (attendance, HAACP and labor).
