Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Nashville is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a growing brunch-focused restaurant. You will oversee kitchen and service teams, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a passion for hospitality. We value 3+ years in FOH/BOH operations and a track record of developing talent in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. We do days, full-time, with competitive benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service and food and beverage industry with at least 3 years in FOH/BOH operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar Kitchen Manager role.
• Willingness to fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Train staff and develop skills across FOH and BOH roles.
• Maintain brand standards and drive guest satisfaction in a growing brunch concept.
