Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a growing brunch-only concept. You will be the primary leader in their absence and drive staff performance to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service setting, with strong FoH and BoH leadership. Excellent communication and team development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast paced high volume full service restaurant.
• Prior FOH and BOH Management experience required.
• Strong BOH leadership experience preferred.
• Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary leadership role in the absence of GMP.
• Manage staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistency across shifts.
