The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our brunch-focused operation. You will oversee both FOH and BOH, train staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• An experienced Kitchen Manager who is excited about running a growing brunch-only concept restaurant.
• A motivated morning person who can manage both pancakes and people.
• We want someone who will take charge of the restaurant while helping their staff reach their full potential, while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest every time.
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage industry, generally involving at least 3 years of FOH and BOH operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
