The Ruby Slipper Cafe is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our brunch-focused restaurant in a growing Southern-based concept. You will manage both pancakes and people, guiding staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years GM experience in fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a brunch-focused concept.
• Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure exceptional dining experience for every guest and maintain brand standards.
