Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Nashville is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our expanding brunch-focused concept. You will guide both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, uphold service standards, and drive staff development to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• FOH and BOH management experience required.
• Strong BOH leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent hospitality and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily restaurant operations in the absence of the GM.
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure service quality.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain exceptional guest dining experiences and standards.

• Serve as primary leadership role in the absence of the GM
• Prior FOH and BOH Management experience required
