The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a growing brunch-only concept, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and staff development.

You will manage both FOH and BOH operations, coach teams, and uphold standards while maintaining a positive, energetic morning-focused culture. This role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within an expanding Southern brunch brand.

Qualifications

An experienced Kitchen Manager who is excited about running a growing brunch-only concept restaurant.

A motivated morning person who can manage both pancakes and people. We want someone who will take charge of the restaurant while helping their staff reach their full potential, while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest every time.

The Highlights of a Successful Kitchen Manager:

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage industry, generally involving at least 3 years of FOH and BOH operations
• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations; train and obtain an effective skill in FOH and BOH line positions
• An upward trajectory career path and responsibility with a proven passion in hospitality
• A solid leader that values and respects all employees while earning their respect
• Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
