Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train and guide Team Members, and uphold food safety and guest-service standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Under Store Manager supervision, you’ll optimize prepared foods and beverages, manage inventory, maintain 5S standards, and support profitability goals. The role offers quarterly bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep the Store Manager informed.

• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
