Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff and provide guidance, training, and a collaborative environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of dishes with consistency in taste and presentation.
• Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, minimize waste, optimize storage.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Create and manage staff schedules for busy periods and adequate coverage.
