Via 313 is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Round Rock, TX to lead the back‑of‑house operations and ensure strict adherence to recipes, safety standards, and quality standards.

You will manage inventory, schedule shifts, train cooks, and monitor food prep procedures, labor costs, and waste. This role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen staff follows all policies including food preparation guidelines.
• Order supplies and monitor inventory levels for each shift.
• Schedule shifts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Lead back-of-house meetings and schedule manager/trainer meetings as needed.
• Train cooks and other workers in preparation, cooking and presentation to Via 313 standards.
• Monitor training progress and discuss staff development with trainers.
• Lead quality control and food safety procedures and ensure temperature logs are maintained.
• Oversee product orders and receipts; manage food cost and wastage control.
