Job summary

Love Management, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking several driven and enthusiastic Assistant Managers to join our growing team. This leadership role guides daily operations, motivates a diverse staff, and helps deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will support the General Manager, supervise scheduling and staffing, monitor KPIs, coach performance, and ensure policy compliance. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with basic business software and reporting tools.

• Track KPIs and operational metrics, reporting findings to senior management.
