You will support the General Manager, supervise scheduling and staffing, monitor KPIs, coach performance, and ensure policy compliance. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with basic business software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring business objectives are met.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale.
• Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workforce management.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics, reporting findings to senior management.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
