Job summary

NextGen Hospitality Solutions in Buford, GA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and drive the guest experience from the line. You will oversee line checks, safety, and cost controls while coaching cooks to hit standards and speed.

This hands-on leadership role offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with bonus potential, plus full benefits, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities to advance into larger leadership roles within a growth-oriented restaurant group.
