Bubbakoo's Burritos is seeking a Kitchen Manager to take full responsibility for every plated dish and oversee the overall menu direction. You will lead and coach the kitchen staff, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability across operations.

You will hire and supervise kitchen personnel, drive menu innovation, and manage costs using P&L insights, while enforcing safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, neighborhood bar & grill environment.
