Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per recipes and procedures. The role requires leadership to ensure safety, quality, and efficient kitchen performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage schedules, train staff, and help drive food cost control while maintaining high standards and scratch-made excellence that Bubba’s 33 is known for.

Qualifications

• Oversee Back of House operations in line with established recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and guest safety standards at all times.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff including evaluations and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct back-of-house scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Monitor food cost, waste, and kitchen labor to control expenses.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications, interview, and participate in hiring Back of House employees.
