Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner according to established recipes and procedures. You will lead a busy kitchen, ensure product quality, and maintain safety and sanitation standards in line with our brand.

Responsibilities include directing schedules, coaching and evaluating staff, controlling food costs and waste, and ensuring prompt, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Back of House operations in a restaurant.
• Ability to manage purchasing, receiving, and food presentation.
• Strong focus on safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
• Proven track record supervising and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and ensure recipes are followed.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Direct schedules, assign tasks, and supervise line cooks.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and labor.
• Train staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Recruit Back of House staff and support development.
• Maintain inventory and safety protocols.
