The role emphasizes leadership, training, and applying knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred and a passion for developing people is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and performance.
• Direct and supervise HOH team members.
• Create legendary experiences for guests and team members through HOH management.
