You’ll train team members, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive productivity and profitability, while eligible for quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. This role emphasizes 5S standards, beverage prep, and strong cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.
• Manage and influence kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey's CARES values and assist Store Team Members as needed.
