You will work closely with the Store Manager to optimize prepared foods and dispensed beverages, uphold 5S standards, and drive guest satisfaction while boosting profitability.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegating tasks and coaching for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to improve performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure all kitchen activities meet 5S standards and run smoothly.
• Oversee inventory and maintain accurate stock levels in the kitchen.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service with updates to the Store Manager.

• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
