Job summary

Casey’s Kitchen Manager role seeks a hands-on leader to drive day-to-day kitchen operations, train and coach Team Members, and uphold food safety standards. You will oversee inventory and collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize prepared foods and beverages for a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership of kitchen team members and training focus.
• Strong emphasis on maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Experience in inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Manage and influence kitchen operations in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure accountability for all kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with Store Manager.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
