Job summary

Casey is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead hands-on kitchen operations within the store leadership team. You’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, partner with the Store Manager to ensure food safety, quality, and consistency, and drive daily activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively.
• Manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily work.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
