You will supervise production, enforce policies, ensure safety, and drive efficient ticket times while coaching and developing the kitchen team. Qualifications

• Experience managing back-of-house staff and kitchen operations.
• Ability to conduct performance evaluations and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Manage back-of-house staff performance including evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee inventory, Taste & Temp checks, and safety in the kitchen.
• Handle food cost, waste tracking and labor cost control.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Review applications and hire or recommend candidates.
