Responsabilités

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient ticket times
• Managing performance of back-of-house staff including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Developing key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
• Conducting Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety in the kitchen
• Overseeing proper handling and storage of items and safe food handling procedures
• Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Planning work hours and assigning tasks for back-of-house staff
• Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Reviewing applications and hiring back-of-house staff
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
