Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and manage HOH team members.

You will oversee execution and performance, providing direction and supervision for all HOH staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service. We value at least 2 years of restaurant or kitchen management, strong knowledge of labor laws and safety standards, and a passion for training and developing your team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) management and performance.
• Direct and supervise all HOH team members.
• Ensure high standards of operation and guest experience in the HOH.
