Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and ensure the execution and performance of the kitchen. You will provide direction and supervision for HOH staff to uphold quality and safety standards.

In this role you will train and coach team members, ensure compliance with labor laws and sanitation, and partner with restaurant leadership to deliver a premier dining experience. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and oversee kitchen performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
