The role requires strong restaurant management experience and a passion for training staff. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, sanitation standards, and safety protocols while coordinating with front-of-house operations and maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart-of-House (HOH) management and supervise HOH team members.
