You will oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline while ensuring food safety and quality. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of high-volume kitchen management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays; English proficiency required.
• Food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen activities following Uncle Giuseppe’s recipes and standards.
• Mentor and manage kitchen staff; hire, train, evaluate, discipline as needed.
• Control inventory; place orders based on menu needs.
• Develop menus with department managers; set pricing and portions.
• Schedule shifts; ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation.
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen; minimize waste.
• Monitor quality and consistency daily; enforce standards.
