Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and analysis of unit manpower, including development and training.
• Assist in recruitment, training and onboarding of new hires.
• Attend University of Perkins and complete coursework; maintain ServSafe certification.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned and presented to standards with proper safety.
