Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing manpower and operations.
• Achieve planned profits while maintaining guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Lead back-of-house staff and ensure proper training and safety procedures.
• Schedule and manage staff, including recruitment, training, and new hire orientation.
• Ensure accurate food preparation, portioning, and adherence to sanitation standards.
