• Teach and coach hourly team on Service, Food and Beverage standards.
• Actively monitor food quality and provide timely feedback.
• Oversee kitchen shifts to ensure efficient operation and quality.
• Ensure line checks and production comply with systems.
• Mentor HOH hourly staff to support talent pipeline.
• Achieve business goals through effective financial management.
• Maintain trained staff to operate restaurant effectively.
• Keep operations, recipe and training materials current.
• Ensure building, equipment and facilities are well maintained.
