Responsibilities

• Supervise production and food prep per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Manage Back of House performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key staff with daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety.
• Oversee handling, maintenance, and storage of items.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures.
• Manage food costs, waste, and labor costs.
• Set hours and weekly schedules; assign tasks.
• Train B.O.H. staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires.
• Create a safe, fun, clean work environment aligned with values.
