• ConductingTaste & Temp checks as part of inventory and safety responsibilities.
• Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Maintaining safe food handling procedures and managing food costs and waste.
• Scheduling Back of House staff and assigning tasks during open hours.
